To identify, describe, analyze, and manage the risk and uncertainty associated with components of profit (capital cost and timing, production forecasts, operating expenses, and price) We will:

• motivate you to master probabilistic methods: Monte Carlo simulation and decision trees.

• build and enhance models that clarify the problem, engage the proper resources, and drive better business decisions.
